I am selling my sample of this dress! IT is a M/L in sizing.
This material is 100% cotton and has a heavy feel..it almost feels like denim! it does not have a ton of movement.. Just want to clarify the material and how it feels! It is amazing quality and can be worn into the fall for sure.

This piece has not been previously worn but the materials used are vintage. This piece has elastic along the shoulder blade area so can be worn on or off the shoulder and elastic around the arm for a puff sleeve. Please see measurements for accurate sizing!

armpit to armpit: 13-23 ” across (has super stretchy elastic at the top so can be worn on or off the shoulder . very stretchy)
waist: 13-23”across, elastic gives it some stretch at the waist and has a flowy fit
