Wild Rose Vintage does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages however please reach out via email and we can try our best to help you out with any order issues. Once we have done our best to try and resolve any issues with a package, it will be up to you to follow up with your local post office.

I do not offer refunds or exchanges for lost or stolen packages. 

First Class International packages are not insured and therefore will not be refunded if any issues arise with the package. Tracking is usually not updated with First Class items, please select Priority mail at checkout if you'd like it to be insured with tracking. 

 Returns and Exchanges: All of the items we have listed are very well examined and measured before the items are listed. All items are cared for and measured accurately, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please remember all items are vintage and may show some signs of wear and we do try out best to accurately describe each item. Please always check measurements and info before purchasing! Do not hesitate to reach out with questions. 

Shipping times: My shipping times typically take 1-3 business days. If you need your order faster, please contact me before purchasing. Thank you!

Sizing details: I provide accurate measurements with all of the items lying flat. With denim, I always recommend comparing the measurements to a pair you already own. Vintage sizing always runs a little different due to age and wear of item and I do not recommend going off of the tag sizing. Contact me with any questions you might have!
