This would best fit a 36” bust and up with a C cup or larger cup size. It does have adjustable ties that die back you can make smaller though if you have a smaller bust!

Waist: adjustable waist, has ties that tie back
Length: 19” long but has ties that adjust
would work best for someone with a C cup or larger. I’m a 36” bust and this halter fit me well with a tad bit of room in the cup.
